When you type an address into the booking form, that text is sent to a third-party address look-up service (Ideal Postcodes and/or OpenStreetMap Nominatim) purely to turn it into a full address and map coordinates, so we can calculate your quote. See Who we share your data with.
Our homepage shows reviews of our business from Google Maps, provided through the Google Maps Platform (Places API). The reviews are requested by our own server, so displaying them does not send any of your information to Google. However, the reviewers' profile pictures are loaded directly from Google's servers, so when that section of the page is displayed your browser connects to Google and shares your IP address and standard browser information with it. Links in the reviews section open Google Maps. This content is provided by Google and is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service.
